Access - Excel

Spread sheets are hard to keep up to date - so - put data into the database, and have the database create whatever spreadsheets your people need to excel (a pun).  Did you know that Access can create spread sheets? Just feed it some requirements - like start and end dates - or add a sales person's name - whatever . . .

Access - Word Example

The written personalized letter is really nice - call them up from the database, personalize them, archive them, and print them with a nice letter-head and envelope.  You get points from your clients when you send them personalized word (a pun).

Access - Quickbooks Example

There's a lot of information in Quickbooks that can be electronically retrieved, combined with other information, and used to create timely reports quickly (sorry, another pun).

Access - SQL Server Example

If you've graduated to a server-based system, your IT department will appreciate bringing in our part-time help to get rid of nasty little problems quickly and efficiently - The new versions of MS Access work with disconnected recordsets which they will be pleased to hear - With ADO and pass-thru queries (sorry to be geeky) we totally bypass the file and Jet limitations of Access to achieve dynamite speed.  With this best kept secret, there are no linked files to bog down your network.  We can demonstrate how this works, and then we can get on with reducing your costs, speeding up response, coordinating with suppliers, tracking sales, and beating the competition.  Yes indeed, even for advanced users, MS Access can serve (pun No 4) you well.
